Social Media Manager

As a dedicated Solar Specialist and Social Media Manager at Pure Energy, Drew Brooks is on a mission to build trust and security for homeowners considering the transition to solar. His goal is to ensure that every customer feels confident they are making the best decision for their unique situation, whether they choose Pure Energy or not. He has been the social media manager for Pure Energy since October of 2022 which involves managing posts being made to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn while also keeping the website up to date with any changes needing to be made and maintaining positive customer relations through any online transactions. 

Drew's journey with Pure Energy began when he heard glowing reviews about the solar industry from some close friends. Coming from a small town, Drew has always valued supporting local businesses, and he found that Pure Energy aligns perfectly with his values. He appreciates that Pure Energy is a local company, staffed by local employees, providing nearby support when needed.

Working at Pure Energy has been a fulfilling experience for Drew. He believes in the principle that hard work pays off, and he enjoys the camaraderie with like-minded individuals who share common goals.

Drew's core values are anchored in maintaining integrity through honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all interactions. When it comes to who he's employed by, he said he looks for a company with customer-centric values, prioritizing the customer's needs and satisfaction in every transaction.

Before joining Pure Energy, Drew managed a team in the customer service industry, handling inbound calls for a major telecommunication company. This experience honed his teamwork and communication skills, which have been invaluable in his role at Pure Energy.

Outside of work, Drew has a variety of interests, including woodworking, PC building, and spending time with friends. He's been heavily involved in home renovations and is planning to invest in real estate in the near future. Drew married his high school sweetheart, Moriah, in June 2023. Moriah is currently a nurse in the NICU at Covenant Children's Hospital and graduated from Lubbock Christian University in December 2023 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. They will be introducing a little girl to the world in May of 2024. 

Originally moving to Lubbock to attend Fire Academy at South Plains College in 2018, Drew quickly adapted to the city and formed lasting friendships. One of his favorite memories at Pure Energy was attending a Rangers game and visiting Texas Live with the team, offering a memorable bonding experience.

Drew's achievements at Pure Energy include being recognized as the Top Representative of the Month for February in 2023, based on his impressive sales performance. His commitment to continuous improvement led him to enroll in Strayer University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. Drew aims to graduate by the end of 2024 and leverage his education to enhance Pure Energy's marketing and local presence.
