PURE PROFESSIONAL

Gavin Schepman is a top-performing Solar Pro at Pure Energy who is on a mission to help homeowners have complete ownership of their power. He joined the sales team at Pure in June of 2023 after being recommended by family and friends who were already on the team. With the great respect and trust he has towards his family and friends, he knew Pure would be a great place to work so he took the opportunity and hasn’t skipped a beat since, earning himself the title of Top Sales Rep for August.

Gavin’s core values are built on empathy in each interaction. He puts himself in your shoes to ensure that every decision along the way is in your best interests and he‘s not pushing anyone to do something he wouldn’t do himself. He genuinely believes that the ethics and integrity at Pure Energy are what has helped us be voted Best of the West year after year. 

Before joining Pure Energy, Gavin was a D1 athlete playing on the Utah Tech University football team. In his free time, Gavin enjoys playing guitar, catching a round of golf with the boys, walks with Wilson, his 12-year-old English bulldog and considers himself a car enthusiast. He’d like to start traveling more in the future and has hopes to start his own clothing company that portrays his natural creativity. 

Gavin moved to Lubbock originally to join the crew at Pure Energy but has since fallen in love with the community. One of his favorite activities while working is talking to new people and his position allows him the opportunity to meet new people every day. Working and growing with the team day in and out makes it really feel like a team. His favorite memory with Pure Energy so far has been the summer vacation where the team took a trip on a Royal Caribbean cruise.
