Welcome to the world of solar energy, where Rob Dickson (right), a Texas Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science, is a prominent figure in the field. Rob's journey in sales and management, particularly in in-home security, has equipped him with expertise in operations management, customer service, and strategic planning.

In late 2017, Rob recognized an opportunity to help his community save the environment and boost their finances by venturing into solar energy. He initiated the opening of the Lubbock market to solar energy and later merged his startup with Pure Energy in late 2018, ascending to the Vice President position.

On a mission to bring solar to every homeowner and business in West Texas, Rob engages with clients, aiming to break down the benefits of solar and ensure they fully understand the impact a system on their home could have.

Guided by core values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, Rob ensures every interaction with a client is genuine, with their best interests in mind. His favorite team activities include quarterly trips, Friday meetings at Golf Suites or Main Event, and the annual awards ceremony every November.

Outside of work, Rob finds joy in family time, sports, and cars. Always seeking to improve the solar process in Lubbock, Rob recently launched initiatives with Delta Construction for roofing assistance and collaboration with TXU Energy to provide the best electricity rates and plans.
