PURE PROFESSIONAL

Johnny Mendoza joined the Pure Energy team in June of 2022 and hit the ground running, helping multiple homeowners in the area switch to solar within his first couple of months. His mission when talking to local homeowners is to help them see the bigger picture of solar and fully understand the benefits. He joined the Pure Energy team with the mindset that this would be the job that would lead him to financial freedom while giving him the flexibility to have a family-first mindset. His core values when working with clients are respect for the individual, a sense of urgency to let them know the sooner they make the switch, the sooner they see the benefits and customer satisfaction. Before working at Pure Energy, Johnny was a Store Manager at a major big box store in the Lubbock area. You can find him managing the Pure Energy tent at the Wolfforth Farmers Market every Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM year-round.

In his free time, Johnny enjoys fishing, video games, and firearms - all with the company of his beautiful family. Johnny has been married to his wife, Alyssa, since April 2021 and they have since been blessed with their son, Sebastian. He was born and raised right here in Lubbock and has stuck around because he believes it's a breadwinner town all around. 

His favorite activities at Pure Energy include the team-building meetings that take place every week. Major achievements include being a part-time medical dad while also being a full-time medical dad. His best day with Pure Energy so far consisted of having 5 customers set up a free consultation on the same day.
